Visa Types
Brazil Transit visa
Brazil requires all travelers to obtain a transit visa prior to visiting the country, even if you are just passing through to another destination. The visa must be obtained from a Brazilian embassy or consulate in the traveler's home country. Depending on the traveler's nationality, the visa may be valid for a single transit or multiple entries with a maximum stay of up to 90 days. Additionally, travelers must present a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining and a valid ongoing ticket to their final destination. For further information or assistance, contact the Brazil Immigration Department.
