Mauritania Transit visas

Mauritania offers transit visas for those travelling through the country for a period of up to 72 hours. Transit visas can be obtained at the embassy in the applicant's home country or at the port of entry in Mauritania. Applicants must provide proof of onward travel and a valid passport. Likewise, applicants may be required to provide additional documentation, depending on their destination country.
