United States Treaty trader and investor visa

The United States Treaty Trader and Investor visa is a type of nonimmigrant visa that allows foreign investors and traders to enter the US for the purpose of conducting substantial trade, engaging in international business activities, or investing in a US business. This type of visa is available to citizens of countries with which the US has trade treaties, such as the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
